Position Overview
The Office Manager will be the operational heartbeat of our organization — ensuring seamless coordination across departments, optimizing processes, and supporting key business initiatives. A major focus will be refining and leading the client onboarding process, helping us deliver a world-class experience from first contact to ongoing partnership.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, organized professional to play a pivotal role in strengthening the foundation of a fast-moving, remote-first team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Operational Excellence
- Evaluate and enhance the client onboarding journey to ensure consistency, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain standardized workflows, templates, and documentation for internal and client use.
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to streamline handoffs and improve communication.
- Track, analyze, and report key onboarding metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Introduce automation tools and process enhancements to boost productivity and reduce manual tasks.
Team, Project & Administrative Support
- Act as the go-to liaison between teams to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and project execution.
- Manage administrative operations including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and office technology tools.
- Support leadership with special projects, process rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative remote work culture through organization, communication, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in office management, operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Proven ability to assess and improve business workflows and client-facing processes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in modern tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, or other CRM/project management platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in process documentation and business operations improvement.
- Familiarity with client onboarding best practices or customer success operations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $31,200 – $34,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
