Summary/Objective
The Store Manager contributes to success of JPHF by creating an environment where our vision and values and mission are fulfilled daily. Leading daily operations for a prosperous bottom line and being responsible for the overall store management and leadership. The Store Manager will lead, inspire, recruit, train and coach their team to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and be curious about new opportunities and change.
The Store Manager must be prepared and able to perform the duties inherent in other Team Member job descriptions. The Store Manager will be required to pitch in to help whenever and wherever needed. The Store Manager must be intentional with supporting the JPHF vision, values and goals, promote store programs and initiatives, and ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations.
Essential Functions
Comprehensive
§ Ensure the highest retail standards for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance are being met or exceeded at all times.

Supervisory Responsibility
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, development and evaluation of the retail personnel and for carrying out those supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's vision, values, mission, policies and applicable laws.
Work Environment
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the preparation areas that require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields. For the most part the employee will be exposed to ambient room temperatures, lighting and equipment as found in a typical office or food and supplement retail environment.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. The position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. The employee may reach above shoulder heights or below the waist, work on ladders or lift as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting ( up to 25 lbs )techniques are required. Light shovelling – maintaining walkways.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position 36-40 hours per week during store operating hours.
