Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and organized Store Clerk to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with sales, and ensure the smooth operation of the store. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
  • Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
  • Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance on technical products and services
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
  • Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
  • Offer exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries via phone or in person
  • Support store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Good customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour
