Responsibilities

  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify cash balances and transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for all financial transactions.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring all employee hours are recorded accurately.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation.
  • Utilize accounting software (Sage, Xero) for efficient data entry and reporting.
  • Provide insights on financial performance through detailed account analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and Xero.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, auditing, payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $28.78-$39.70 per hour
