A Day in the Life: · Process and organize a high volume of reports · Review and communicate with appropriate branch personnel regarding information required to compile customer reports, invoicing, and quotes · Produce detailed written reports on our findings and recommendations and forward to customers · Maintain and update customer database for each local branch · Use of web-based technology to obtain our field service technicians' data · Respond to local branch inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner · Work closely with local branch personnel and departments to satisfy customer requirements · When required, follow up on outstanding quotations with customers via telephone and emails · Provide operational support to the local branches as it pertains to your role · Other administrative duties as required by the team
What you bring: · Ability to follow process-driven tasks with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills · Ability to follow specific processes · Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal essential · Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet pressing deadlines · Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-based environment · Ability to make decisions based on your training · Ability to take initiative · Proficient computer skills in Windows based software · Advanced typing skills · Strong organizational skills · Ability to collaborate in team meetings · Strong demand for the English language, both written and verbal · Previous experience in a Customer Service role is considered an asset · Previous experience in the roofing industry is considered an asset · Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly Word and Outlook Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building's outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
