Description Du Poste
This position deals with weight and balance calculations, positioning of containers on aircraft and predictions to gateways with information about inbound aircraft. He/She enters data, generates reports, and performs other general office duties as requested.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various audits, monitor work queues, dispatch, report incidents.
  • Submit purchase orders.
  • Produce department reports.
  • Coordinate TSG supported training events, schedule meetings.
  • Create, updating and maintaining various Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and department documentation as well as performing other miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Additional Information

  • Job Type: PT Permanent/Hourly- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Starting Pay: $17.85
  • Job Location: 5960 FERGUSON RD RICHMOND, BC V7B 1M6
  • Workdays: Monday – Fridays (5 pm - 10 pm)
  • Flexibility is required as you may need to start earlier or stay later at times
