Summit trailer has is offering an excellent opportunity for an entry level Transport Trailer Technician, this opportunity will offer the successful candidate training to grow, learn and excel within this trade. The successful candidate with have shown initiatives that demonstrates they wish to choose a path in this direction of becoming a skilled tradesperson.

Responsibilities:

  • General repairs on trailers including but not limited toBrakes, Electrical, Suspension, Hydraulic and general repairs
  • Up fitting new trailers with accessories

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7:30AM- 5:00PM

Friday 7:30AM-4PM

Qualifications:

  • Minimum grade 12 high school
  • Effective communication skills to be able to understand and follow direction as well as communicate when you are having struggles
  • Must have access to their own vehicle as bus service is minimal (drivers abstract required )
  • Must be willing and able to invest in your own tools to start and add to correspond with the advancement of your skills
