Responsibilities

  • Supervision and management of the front-of-house bar operations, hosts, and servers.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings with staff and review all information pertinent to daily operations.
  • Spot-check the quality of food and beverage presentation and service.
  • Review the reservation system, pre-assign designated tables, and follow up on all special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and working conditions of restaurant equipment, supplies and work areas.
  • Supervises day-to-day operations to ensure all standards and quality service are achieved during each shift.
  • Provides orientation and training according to training systems, standards, and manuals for new hires.
  • Constructs the weekly work schedule to meet the demands of the business.
  • To address client concerns/issues immediately and effectively.
  • Other duties, as required.
  • Assist other departments, as needed.

After passing your probationary period, you will receive benefits from the company, and also you will get bonuses biweekly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
