At Sumo, we're seeking Hosts/Hostesses to be the face of our restaurant and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. Whether you're greeting guests at the door, assisting with seating, or delivering food to the table, you'll play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience.

Requirements: MUST HAVE PRO SERVE AND ONLY PREVIOUS RESTAURANT HOSTING EXPERIENCE APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Host/Hostess:

  • Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude as they enter the restaurant.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover.
  • Answer the phone, take reservations, and answer general inquiries.
  • Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth guest flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area.
