- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu items based on customer preferences and market trends.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for inventory management and reporting purposes.
