Job Description

We are seeking a sales professional to fill the position of Outside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will concentrate on sales in the York Region (Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Stouffville, Newmarket, etc).

Job Requirements:

· Consistent self-generation of leads for commercial cleaning customers.

· Acquires new customers by meeting with, assessing needs and delivering commercial cleaning proposals

· Capture customer information and all sales activity in CRM software

· Meet monthly sales goals and metrics

· Monitor competitive activity

· Communicate customer requirements to Operational team to ensure smooth customer on-boarding

Applicant Qualifications:

· Prior and proven successful experience in sales, customer service or related field

· Self-motivated: ability to work effectively and autonomously (deadline & detail oriented)

· Professional, polished appearance

· Professional written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to negotiate and close contracts

· Use of Excel, Word, Google-suite platform, CRM Platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
