The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator who will play a key role providing a range of administrative and organizational support, ensuring employee timecards and related data are entered accurately and timely in a fast-paced office environment, providing reception, administrative duties and clerical support to a small staff.
Core Responsibilities:
· Data entry of payroll timecards and expense reports
· Support accounting department as needed: accounts payable and receivable.
· Cover reception area, manage main telephone line.
· Conduct and post retail sales and reconcile debit machine receipts
· Comply with and commit to upholding the Quality Management System
· Coordinating office services: ordering and receiving office supplies
· Liaison between staff and clients
Requirements:
· Minimum 18months experience in recordkeeping & data management; specifically, payroll.
· Ability to communicate effectively; written and speaking (in person and by telephone).
· Flexibility to work well with a team and work independently.
· Confident using a wide range of software and able to learn and adapt to new systems.
· Strong numeracy skills. Speed and accuracy are essential.
· Commitment to high-quality support to internal and external customers.
· Hard working with can-do attitude, organized, able to meet deadlines and eager to learn.
Compensation Package:
· Salary range: $47,800 to $52,000
