- Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely payments
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and data entry
- Maintain office equipment including phone systems
- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Knowledge in construction/landscaping would be a great assest
Pay: $30.00 per hour
