This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for the beauty industry. Experience in retail sales or salon software are highly valued to enhance client interactions and promote salon services effectively.

Duties

  • Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling using POS systems
  • Assist with product demos, educating on salon products and services to clients
  • Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations, cash outs
  • Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette and personalized assistance
  • Manage time efficiently to accommodate client appointments and walk-ins
  • Support salon staff with administrative tasks, including inventory management and record keeping
  • Conduct promotional activities to increase sales and client engagement
  • Ensure the salon environment remains clean, welcoming, and well-organized t0 and sales skills will help create memorable experiences for our clients.
  • Help with salon events, promotions, and social media support
  • Be comfortable creating promotional material on Canva or similar apps
  • Manage employee scheduling
  • Key holder to open or close the salon
