Vive Artistic Nails & Spa is looking for a cheerful, outgoing individual who loves to engage with others and is able to presents themselves in a fashionable and professional manner to join our amazing team

**Job Type**: Casual/Part-time

**Salary**: $15/hr

Reception/customer service: minimum 1 year (required)

Salon: minimum 1 year (preferred)

Language: English (required), Vietnamese (preferred)

The receptionist will join a fun, hard-working team, serving as a liaison between our stylist/aestheticians and our clients. We would love to find someone who is comfortable in fast-paced environment while maintaining a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Must have experience in Customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills because you are the person who is interact closely with clients, personnel, vendors and the public on a daily basic.

Responsibilities Include:

- Setting the tone for our friendly, professional atmosphere, greeting clients with conversation and refreshments
- Coordinate client appointments with precision both in salon and by phone.
- Support management with overall flow of the spa from the entryway to the back of house
- Problem solve with a smile, excellent customer service is key
- Clean, organize and prepare the salon to uphold spa standards
- Works with the computer and spa software, checking guests in and out, confirming next day appointments.
- Proactively assist and transition between all aspects of the day to day operations
- Must learn and understand our menu offerings and descriptions, product knowledge to effectively explain and recommend services and products to our customers.

- Excellent at adapting and connecting with a variety of personalities
- Self-motivated and able to follow direction
- Previous salon/spa experience is a plus
- Flexibility with your regular scheduled hours during the busy and slow times
