As our Salon Coordinator, you'll be the face of the salon, greeting clients with a smile, managing appointments like a pro, answering phones, and keeping the front desk running smoothly. You'll be the heart of our guest experience — making sure every visit starts and ends with a great vibe

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized booking system
• Assist clients with product demos and upselling of salon products and services
• Handle cashiering duties including cash handling and POS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail displays and merchandising areas
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting products effectively using organizational skills and communication skills
• Ensure proper phone etiquette when answering inquiries or booking appointments
• Coordinate with stylists and staff to ensure timely service delivery
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple responsibilities during busy periods

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills

• Love for the beauty industry and helping people feel fabulous
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math calculations
• Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience with merchandising, product placement, or retail environment is advantageous
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
