Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Checking and forwarding emails
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Notifies colleagues of customer arrival
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
  • Provide basic and accurate information about the dealership in person or by phone/email
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Posting Invoices
  • Stocking vehicles for inventory

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience
  • A business or administrative certificate is preferred, but not required
  • Organized
  • Excellent customer service
  • Welcoming and positive attitude
  • Proper telephone etiquette
  • Attention to detail
  • Checking for accuracy
  • Numeracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Competent with computers and telephones

This is a permanent FULL-TIME position from Monday to Friday.

Remuneration is negotiable based on experience.
