This is a **Permanent Full-Time** position from **Monday to Friday.**

**Responsibilities**
- Lookup parts for customers using schematics.
- Listen to customers' reasons for requesting specific parts.
- Offer appropriate parts to satisfy customer requirements and needs.
- Provide accurate quotes for all parts or accessories recommended.
- Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings tactfully and promptly, and be genuinely concerned for the customer’s problem.
- Bill parts for shop orders and take payment from customers.
- Putting stock away and entering parts.
- Inventory counts & tracking.
- Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with fellow employees in a positive spirit of teamwork.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Experience with Era Ignite, Infostream, and EPC (Electric Parts Catalogue) is considered an asset but not required.
- Experience with parts and shipping/receiving is considered an asset but not required.
- Experience in the mining industry is considered an asset but not required.
- Organizational skills.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
