Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Administrator
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within a fast-paced office environment for a government organization. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, maintaining systems and records, and supporting process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and skilled in managing multiple priorities across different teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and follow-up on action items.
Support financial and office operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and procurement of office supplies.
Maintain accurate departmental records and documentation in accordance with standard records management practices and retention schedules.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
Assist in reviewing and improving administrative processes, recommending enhancements to streamline workflows and service delivery.
Collaborate with various teams and leaders across the organization to support ongoing operational priorities.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Approximately three years of administrative experience in a corporate, operational, or professional services environment.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with standard office software and systems.
