Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Insurance Broker based in Mississauga, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. The General Insurance Broker will be responsible for sourcing and managing insurance solutions, providing personalized advice on insurance and assisting clients with thier requitments. The role also involves client interaction, assessing their needs, and delivering top-tier customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance products
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software or tools is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in finance, insurance, or related fields is advantageous
  • RIBO certification/ license is a requirement for this position.
