Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager based in Mississauga, ON. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will handle day-to-day account management and provide exceptional customer service for commercial insurance clients. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, processing policy changes, liaising with insurers, reviewing coverage options, and proactively addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in commercial insurance
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage, including policy types and risk assessment.
  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Service, with a focus on client relationship building and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Insurance processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software and related tools.
  • RIBO licensed (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) – required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
