Hello We're FortNine Group. We help Canadian riders access the knowledge and gear they need so that they can spend less time worrying over logistics, and more time on their wheels.

We are seeking an organized and motivated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a communicative, collaborative environment, enjoys involvement in a variety of projects and challenging tasks, and benefits from autonomy and tangible decision-making that has a real impact. Our HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth employee experience.Maintain accurate employee files and update our HR systems.Provide administrative support for HR projects, policies, and communications.Assist in office management and administration, including managing our in-office benefits and service point contacts.Support departments with adhoc operation and administrative projects as needed.Act as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, along with a high general tech comfort level.Bilingual in both English and French, in written and spoken forms. Proficiency with the rest of Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an asset.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work a hybrid on-site schedule after the initial training period.

Responsabilités principales

Soutenir les activités de recrutement, y compris les offres d'emploi, la sélection des CV et la planification des entrevues.Aider à l'intégration et au départ des employés, en veillant à ce que leur expérience se déroule sans difficulté.Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés et mettre à jour nos systèmes RH.Fournir un soutien administratif pour les projets, les politiques et les communications RH.Participer à la gestion et à l'administration du bureau, notamment en gérant les avantages sociaux et les points de contact du service.Soutenir les départements dans le cadre de projets opérationnels et administratifs particuliers, selon les besoins.Servir de premier point de contact pour les demandes générales relatives aux ressources humaines.

Qualifications

Certificat ou diplôme en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et grande aisance avec les technologies en général.Bilinguisme anglais-français, à l'écrit et à l'oral. Maîtrise des autres logiciels Microsoft Office ; une expérience en SIRH est un atout.Sens aigu de l'organisation et souci du détail.Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.Capacité à travailler selon un horaire hybride sur site après la période de formation initiale.
