The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished HR Coordinator to join our HR team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team your responsibilities will include:
- creating a pleasant working environment through employee relations activities, committees and communication and act as point of contact to global employees;
- fielding issues and enquiries for the HR team;
- coordinating the joiner and leaver process;
- coordinating relocation of overseas employees;
- monitoring of probation meetings;
- administer the engagement survey system;
- administering and monitoring of absences;
- coordinating the immigration process;
- administering and monitoring of employee benefits and coordinating changes;
- monitoring new hire induction programs;
- preparation of general documentation and reports;
- ensuring and maintaining all required data in the HRIS is accurate and entered in a timely manner;
- monitoring timely and accurate update of personnel records (personnel details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards);
- assisting with the coordination of employee orientation training;
- acting in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal risk management requirements, including complying with policies and procedures;
- managing sensitive and confidential matters and protecting the security of information, data and files;
- providing assistance with HR projects.
What You Bring

- being effective in planning and organising work, showing an ability to meet deadlines;
- demonstrating a high productivity level in work through time and cost control;
- assisting with the generation and implementation of new ideas to improve efficiencies
- up to date knowledge of recruitment, immigration process and labour laws;
- attention to detail and analytically driven;
- be a team player;
- experience with Workday is a strong asset
- excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- bilingual (English and French);

Nous recherchons un Coordinateur des ressources humaines accompli pour se joindre à notre équipe RH au sein de notre activité de services financiers à Montréal.

En tant que membre de notre équipe de Montréal, vous devrez:
- créer un environnement de travail agréable au moyen d'activités, de comités et de communications de relations avec les employés et servir de personne-ressource aux employés à l'échelle mondiale;
- répondre aux questions et aux demandes de l'équipe des RH;
- coordonner le processus d'entrée et de sortie;
- coordonner la réinstallation des employés à l'étranger;
- assurer le suivi des réunions de probation;
- administrer le système de sondage sur l'engagement;
- administrer les absences et en assurer le suivi;
- coordonner le processus d'immigration;
- administrer les avantages sociaux des employés, en assurer le suivi et en coordonner les changements;
- assurer le suivi des programmes d'insertion des nouveaux employés;
- préparer la documentation et les rapports généraux;
- assurer et maintenir l'exactitude et la saisie en temps utile de toutes les données requises dans le système d'information sur les ressources humaines;
- assurer une mise à jour rapide et précise des dossiers du personnel (détails du personnel, poste, salaire, résultats des évaluations, relevés de congés, formation et récompenses);
- contribuer à la coordination de la formation d'orientation des employés;
- agir conformément aux exigences légales, réglementaires et internes en matière de gestion des risques, notamment en se conformant aux politiques et procédures;
- gérer les questions sensibles et confidentielles et protéger la sécurité des renseignements, des données et des fichiers;
- fournir de l'aide pour les projets de ressources humaines.

- être efficace dans la planification et l'organisation du travail, montrer une capacité à respecter les délais;
- démontrer un niveau de productivité élevé dans le travail par la maîtrise du temps et des coûts;
- contribuer à la génération et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles idées pour améliorer l'efficacité;
- expérience avec Workday est un atout
- avoir une connaissance à jour des lois relatives au recrutement, au processus d'immigration et au travail;
- être porté sur les détails et l'analyse;
- avoir l'esprit d'équipe;
- avoir d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite;
- être bilingue (anglais et français);
- avoir une expérience de généraliste en ressources humaines.
