The Perfect Match
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in HR who is eager to gain hands-on experience across several core HR functions, including onboarding, policy development, employee engagement, and recruitment. Your Impact
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling new hire onboarding activities
- Prepare onboarding materials to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive experience
- Shadow HR leadership to learn and assist with competency matrices across teams
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Manage and update employee records in HRIS
- Ensure accuracy of personal information, benefits, and employment history
- Draft and prepare HR documents
- Contribute to policy development
Employee Support and Engagement:
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and solicit feedback
- Plan and execute various events, including team-building activities
- Assist in researching potential enhancements to employee benefits and wellness programs
Recruitment Support (as needed):
- Provide support for entry-level or low-volume recruitment, such as posting roles, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
The Winning Formula
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must be registered at a University
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interest in learning HR best practices and working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with systems such as Google Drive, Slack, Zoom
- Bilingualism (French & English) is a must

Le Profil Idéal
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) stagiaire en ressources humaines motivé(e) et axé(e) sur les détails pour soutenir notre équipe RH. Ce rôle est idéal pour une personne poursuivant une carrière en RH et désirant acquérir de l'expérience pratique dans plusieurs fonctions clés, incluant l'intégration, le développement de politiques, l'engagement des employés et le recrutement. Votre Impact
Gestion du cycle de vie des employés :
- Aider à coordonner et planifier les activités d'intégration des nouveaux employés
- Préparer le matériel d'intégration et s'assurer que les nouveaux employés vivent une expérience positive et harmonieuse
- Accompagner les leaders RH pour apprendre et contribuer aux matrices de compétences à travers les équipes
Opérations et conformité RH :
- Gérer et mettre à jour les dossiers des employés dans le SIRH
- Assurer l'exactitude des renseignements personnels, des avantages sociaux et de l'historique d'emploi
- Rédiger et préparer divers documents RH
- Contribuer au développement de politiques
Soutien et engagement des employés :
- Organiser des initiatives d'engagement des employés et recueillir de la rétroaction
- Planifier et exécuter divers événements, incluant des activités de consolidation d'équipe
- Aider à la recherche d'améliorations potentielles aux avantages sociaux et aux programmes de mieux-être
Soutien au recrutement (au besoin) :
- Offrir un soutien pour le recrutement de niveau débutant ou à faible volume, comme afficher des postes, trier des CV et coordonner les entrevues

- Étudier actuellement en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou un domaine connexe. Doit être inscrit dans une université
- Excellentes habiletés organisationnelles et de communication
- Sens du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Intérêt pour l'apprentissage des meilleures pratiques RH et pour travailler dans un environnement dynamique
- À l'aise avec des outils tels que Google Drive, Slack et Zoom
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est essentiel
