Role Description
The open position is for a full-time Sales Representative working under the Ontario Sales Manager and is based in the GTA. The Sales Representative will be responsible to present our partner's products to the accounts in the GTA assigned to him. This is usually done in person, in the kitchens of the customers. We offer a role where no single day is like the previous one with the opportunity to learn about our industry and grow under the coaching of the Ontario Sales Manager. While previous food sales is not a requirement for this position, passion for food is mandatory
Job Requirements
- Experience with in-person B2B sales
- Experience selling products through distributors
- Love for cooking
- Ease to connect with different customer personalities to identify their unmet needs
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a timely fashion
- Ability to learn about multiple, different products
- Thoroughness in filling reports and CRM
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Quick learner
- Valid car and driver's license
- Home office, including home internet
- Ability to occasionally travel outside the GTA (once or twice a year)
Job Conditions
- Targeted start date of January 8
- Starting salary of 60,000$
- Initial salary revision after 6 months, based on performance
- 37.5h work week - Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 17:00
- Home office-based (in the GTA)
