**Duties**:
A sales representative is responsible for promoting and selling cabinet products to customers. This includes visiting potential clients, giving presentations and product demonstrations, and negotiating sales contracts. The incumbent also is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new sales opportunities. Strong knowledge of cabinet products and the industry is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Identifying sales opportunities and building relationships with potential customers
- Meeting with clients on site to evaluate needs, take measurements, and propose professional advice on interior design, space planning, design conceptualization, and material selection
- Providing showroom tours in Barrie location
- Presenting product information and features to customers
- Negotiating prices and closing sales
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer contacts
- Staying current with industry trends and new product developments
- Attending trade shows and networking events
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing other sales representative services as required

**Required Skills**:

- Understanding of cabinetry products, materials, and design options.
- Ability to listen to and address customer needs, provide recommendations and resolve issues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a busy schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle changes.
- Analytical skills to identify and solve customer challenges.
- Ability to effectively present products and services to customers.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in proposals and order.

**Work Experience and Education Requirements**

Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be substituted.

Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in cabinetry or related industries.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
