Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across various databases and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent typing abilities, Intermediate to advance MS Excel & Word skills and prior administrative experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and efficiency are highly valued.

Duties

  • Input, update, and maintain data within company databases.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries through meticulous verification
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents to support efficient data retrieval
  • Collect, review, and validate data from various sources to ensure integrity
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data collection projects
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other office software as needed
  • Support team members with clerical tasks including data sorting and record management
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience or administrative background preferred
  • Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with data collection, filing, and clerical procedures is a plus
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowlege of Accounting software sunch as QuickBooks, Xero, etc

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.20-$26.04 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
