Agilus is recruiting for a
Legal Operations Analyst
in the
utilities sector
in
Markham, Ontario.
We're working with our client to hire a Legal Operations Analyst for their corporate legal team. This is the perfect role for someone who has experience joining a department and analyzing and implementing process improvement changes via technology.

Responsibilities

  • Become a SME for the new CLM system they are implementing and help with the implementation itself (adding templates, adding users, answering questions) and ongoing administration
  • Helping with the contract lifecycle including intakes, entering into templates, and tracking the lifecycle and approvals
  • Formatting and putting together legal and commercial documents
  • Improving legal processes to ensure any operational bottlenecks are cleared
  • Helping to implement AI tools, self-service tools, and constantly improving response times
  • Analyzing legal operational data and creating continuous improvement strategies and opportunities
  • Building dashboards and pulling reports
  • Documenting SOPs and legal processes to ensure standardization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with legal operations and analysis
  • Experience with a technology implementation (CLM preferred)
  • Experienced with AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
  • Advanced user of MS Office and Adobe
  • Intermediate user of PowerBI
  • Experienced with CLM systems and file management systems
  • Any experience working in an in-house legal department will be a huge asset
