At NY Outreach, we are hiring an Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in North York. As an authorized dealer for Rogers, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional in-person customer experience while helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will promote Rogers home internet, TV, mobility, and wireless products in assigned residential areas across North York. This is a face-to-face field sales role, where you will speak with homeowners and help them choose the best Rogers solutions.

What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Sales Associate:

● Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door to speak with homeowners

● Present Rogers' home and mobility products clearly and accurately

● Assist customers with activations, upgrades, and service changes on-site

● Follow compliance guidelines and accurately record customer information

● Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

● Track daily canvassing activity and submit sales

What We're Looking For in an Entry-Level Sales Associate

● Experience in direct sales, canvassing, promotions, or customer service is an asset

● Comfortable working outdoors and speaking to new people throughout the day

● Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor

● Self-motivated, goal-driven, and reliable

● Able to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed

Entry-Level Sales Associate Overview:

This position is a full-time employment position located in North York, ON. This position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and homeowners.

● Pay: 100% commission - $70-$250 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.

● Clients & Products: We work with Rogers, promoting and signing up new customers and homeowners for their wireless and internet services

● Location: North York, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
