This role is for a "Talent Tech Consultant" – someone who can navigate the delicate balance between high-tech automation and the human element of HR. You will be responsible for opening doors with mid-market and enterprise HR leaders, demonstrating the power of our AI "Scout," and helping organizations transition to a verified, skill-first hiring model. Requirements & Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in HR Tech, SaaS, or a disruptive technology space.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern Talent Acquisition pain points (e.g., ghosting, resume fraud, time-to-hire) and ability to speak the language of CHROs and TA Directors.
- Proven ability to articulate complex AI concepts and their business value, specifically differentiating 's "visual AI" (real-time vision, eye-tracking, anti-fraud, bias reduction) from standard recorded interviews.
- A "Challenger" mindset with a track record of successfully guiding prospects to new ways of thinking and challenging the status quo.
- Experience driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value accounts with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Ability to lead compelling, "wow-factor" demonstrations of complex AI products.
- Consultative approach to sales, including discussing API integrations and positioning as an "AI layer" within existing HR tech ecosystems.
- Strong strategic storytelling skills, capable of translating technical features into quantifiable ROI and efficiency gains for recruitment teams.
- Integrity-driven belief in a fairer, skill-based hiring world.
Nice to Have
- Existing "rolodex" or strong network within the Talent Acquisition or HR tech ecosystem.
- Prior experience selling into a "category creator" or highly disruptive technology market.
- Familiarity with various ATS/HRIS platforms and common integration challenges.
- Deep technical curiosity about AI/ML, beyond just sales-level understanding.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
