Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is essential in expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships with contractors and designers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and sales skills, a passion for and experience of home renovation industry selling flooring, tile, plumbing etc. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your leadership, communication, and analysis skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, establishing rapport and understanding their needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company standards
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demands

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in home renovation-related sales such as flooring, tile, design etc.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in account management with a strategic mindset
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support sales initiatives
  • Technical aptitude related to the products or services being sold, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical skills necessary for market analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
