National Accounts Manager - Sales
The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing our largest, high-revenue accounts, ensuring that our clients receive first-class service and attention. Your portfolio will consist of 30% existing accounts and 70% new client prospecting.
*You'll need to be at the Mississauga terminal three times a week
Salary Range : 106,900$ to 120,000$ + Role is eligible for a sales incentive plan. (The salary range indicated for this position is provided for informational purposes and may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience and level of education.)

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic meetings and QBRs with key clients, developing presentations aligned with their business objectives;
- Ensure the retention and growth of assigned accounts, while developing new business opportunities;
- Offer high value-added logistics solutions by leveraging the company's transportation and warehousing capabilities;
- Maintain trusting relationships through rigorous management of follow-ups, commitments, and communications with clients;
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure commitments are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes by contributing to debriefings and proactively resolving issues.
- Use CRM to accurately document customer interactions, follow-ups, and action plans.
Required profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or relevant training/experience;
- 3 years of experience in sales of warehousing or transportation services ;
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite);
- Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Directeur(trice) comptes nationaux - ventes
Le/la directeur(trice) de comptes nationaux sera responsable de la gestion des plus grands comptes à revenus élevés, veillant à ce que nos clients reçoivent un service et une attention de premier ordre. Votre portefeuille sera composé de 80% de comptes existants et 20% de prospection de nouveaux clients. Le poste est basé à Mississauga.
*Une présence au terminal de Mississauga est requis trois fois par semaine.

Responsabilités :
Diriger les rencontres stratégiques et QBR avec les principaux clients, en développant des présentations alignées sur leurs objectifs d'affaires;
Assurer la fidélisation et la croissance des comptes assignés, tout en développant de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires;
Offrir des solutions logistiques à forte valeur ajoutée en tirant parti des capacités de transport et d'entreposage de l'entreprise;
Maintenir des relations de confiance grâce à une gestion rigoureuse des suivis, des engagements et des communications avec les clients;
Agir comme point de liaison entre les clients et les équipes internes afin d'assurer la réalisation des engagements et la satisfaction client;
Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus internes en contribuant aux débriefings et à la résolution proactive des enjeux;
Utiliser le CRM pour documenter avec précision les interactions, les suivis et les plans d'action clients.
Profil recherché:
- Baccalauréat en commerce, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou formation / expérience pertinente;
- 3 ans d'expérience en vente de service d'entreposage ou transport;
- Connaissance de l'informatique de niveau intermédiaire (Suite Microsoft Office);
- Maîtrise des outils CRM et des logiciels de gestion de projets;
- Maîtrise de la langue anglaise écrite et parlée.
