What You Will Do In This Role

  • Ensure Food quality is at the highest standards for food quality and plating specifications
  • Drive knowledge around our food and beverage program, as well as hospitality and salesmanship
  • Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to HACCP and provincial workplace safety standards
  • Support your Chef and develop your teammates
  • Be a leader by demonstrating behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and executing with excellence
  • Be responsible for timely progress through the Leadership Certification Program, and continued learning and development over time, as required

What We Are Looking For From You

  • Open to learning, coaching and career growth
  • Bonus points for Diploma in Culinary Management and /or Chef Accreditation
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of operational experience in a high volume kitchen
  • Superior knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
  • To be driven and focused and execute with excellence
  • Inspirational and motivational skills
