Role Description
Medical Leave Coverage. This is a full-time, temporary on-site role for a Primary School Teacher located in Port Alberni, BC. The Primary School Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, teaching a variety of subjects to elementary school students, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong communication with parents and staff to support student development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
- Strong Teaching skills and understanding of classroom management techniques
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff
- A degree in Education (or related field) and relevant certification
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Experience in implementing innovative teaching strategies is a plus
