We are currently seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our Toddler Classroom (18–36 months).

Please note: We are seeking candidates with a valid B.C. Early Childhood Educator(ECE) Certificate and previous Montessori classroom experience.

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes:

  • B.C. Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate (required)
  • Montessori training and/or classroom experience
  • Experience supporting a lead Montessori guide in a CASA/Primary classroom
  • Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to nurture independence, respect, and community in young children
  • Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
  • Professional, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
