HR Manager

We Are Looking for Someone Who Brings:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or coordinator role
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee support
  • Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, compliance, and HR best practices
  • A proactive, positive, and reliable approach, with a genuine interest in supporting and developing employees
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, collaborative environment where you can make an impact on policies, systems, and culture

What Makes This Role Special:

This is not your typical HR position. While you will manage day-to-day HR operations, you will also take a key role in shaping the policies, systems, and culture that support our growing multi-clinic dental organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and refine HR systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience across clinics
  • Support employees and leadership through payroll, benefits, compliance, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, development, and retention
  • Contribute to a positive, organized, and collaborative workplace where employees feel supported and valued
