Cyclone Manufacturing (A Mubea Aviation Company) is a vertically integrated full-service provider of 3-5 axis machining, sheet metal fabrication, tube bending, welding and minor sub-assemblies of aerospace structural components to the largest aerospace companies such as Boeing, AIDC, Bombardier, Embraer, FACC, GE, IAI, Liebherr, Lockheed Martin, MHI, SAAB, Stelia, Spirit AeroSystems and Triumph Aerostructures. Our surface treatment and controlled processes are approved by the major OEMs such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, IAI and Lockheed Martin.

Cyclone is a privately owned company with over 750 highly skilled employees housed within six state-of-the-art facilities totaling 450,000 square feet in both Canada and Poland

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Update HR policies and procedures and ensure implementation across the organization
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism) and provide relevant reports to senior management
  • Handle disciplinary and termination procedures in compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HR systems (e.g., HRIS or HRMS)
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience
  • Experience in (industry, e.g., manufacturing)
  • Familiarity with organizational psychology or workforce planning
