Help Desk Support Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (Fixed)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Help Desk Support Specialist to provide virtual support to chiropractic offices nationwide. If you enjoy helping others, solving technical problems, and working in a fast-paced support environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional virtual support to chiropractic clinics
- Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, messaging, and system navigation
- Create or contribute to help documentation (FAQs, guides, training materials)
- Collaborate with development and product teams to enhance user experience
- Offer clear, actionable guidance to help staff get the most out of our tools
- Multitask efficiently while responding through help desk channels
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High comfort level with technology and remote support tools (email, chat, screen sharing, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- A positive, customer-focused mindset
- Experience with chiropractic or medical office systems is a plus, not a requirement
- Interest in leveraging AI-enhanced tools to improve support efficiency
- Fast thinker, fast typer, and someone who asks questions when needed
