**Position Summary**
The Customer Service Support Broker, under the direction of the Customer Engagement Manager, will primarily be responsible for supporting our personal insurance Broker team. The Customer Service Support Broker will be the point person for billing inquiries, liaison with Insurance Company underwriting teams, issuance and administrative functions.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Will be the point person for policy issuance, liaison with the Insurance Company underwriting teams, administrative functions and assist with billing inquires when needed
- Process new business, renewal, reinstatements, and transactions in various insurance companies’ portal and aha insurance policy admin system
- Retrieve documents from various insurance company portals as required
- Process and review renewals for all insurers
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to process insurers requests
- Ensure adherence to internal and external underwriting rules, regulations and procedures
- In-depth understanding of various insurance providers underwriting rules & product features and benefits
- Knowledgeable and proficient on various insurer company portals
- Responds to insurance company underwriters in a timely manner
- Actively participate in training initiatives
- Performs other related duties as required
