We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company that values customer satisfaction and supports construction professionals across Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure smooth operations in our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Assist with order processing and tracking, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure proper communication.
  • Help troubleshoot issues related to construction equipment, materials, or services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and products is a plus.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
