Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled, service-focused Bartender/Server with strong mixology experience to join our front-of-house team. This hybrid role requires equal confidence behind the bar and on the dining room floor. The ideal candidate is highly capable in cocktail creation—able to craft classic cocktails, develop signature drinks, and demonstrate genuine creativity rooted in solid mixology technique. Professionalism and refined service skills are essential, as this role contributes directly to the elevated dining experience we offer.

Familiarity with fine dining standards is required; prior fine dining experience or a sincere appreciation for upscale dining environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, prepare, and serve cocktails with precision, speed, creativity, and strong mixology technique
  • Provide outstanding hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining room
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
  • Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
  • Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including pairing suggestions and upselling where appropriate
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail methodology, and food pairings
  • Process payments efficiently using the POS system
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
  • Comply with all health, safety, and provincial liquor regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of bartending and/or serving experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven mixology experience, including the ability to create balanced, well-executed classic and signature cocktails
  • Experience with or strong understanding of fine dining service standards
  • Smart Serve certification (required)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for food, beverages, craft cocktails, and hospitality excellence
