Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Manage the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Utilize Lightspeed POS system, including payment processors to process orders and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food offerings, to assist customers with their selections.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills during busy shifts to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Lightspeed, is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A commitment to hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour
