We're talking about industry association sponsorships, partner events, relationship-building drop-ins, community activations, swag moments, and strategic experiences that position us as a super-connector in the space.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just "run logistics," but architects experiences. Someone ambitious who wants to take high-level ideas and independently execute them end-to-end — from a booth design to a breakfast drop to a full conference presence that sparks deals and builds gravity around our brand.

This is a chance to build our entire events engine from the ground up. You'll create the systems, playbooks, processes, and energy behind experiences that drive both brand visibility and relationship-based growth across the industry.

Industry & Conference Events

• Plan and coordinate conference logistics from start to finish.
• Manage booth layout, signage, branding, tech, and materials.
• Coordinate vendors, shipping, deliveries, and sponsorship deadlines.
• Prepare run-of-show guides, schedules, talking points & materials.

Client Success & Relationship-Building Events

• Execute local appreciation visits (doughnut drops, thank-you kits, swag).
• Support client sponsorship moments that strengthen connection.
• Own swag ordering, inventory, packing & delivery execution.
• Build simple, high-impact experiences that deepen loyalty.

Internal + Pre/Post Event Enablement

• Prepare kits, badges, schedules & materials for onsite teams.
• Support Sales & Marketing before, during & after events.
• Maintain event calendars, timelines & repeatable systems.
• Help reinforce social engagement & follow-through post-event.
