**Events Administrator - Part-time and Remote**

Our client in Calgary is seeking a part-time admin professional to support with events and marketing, all from the comfort of home If you’re looking to work part-time, remotely, and you’re familiar with social media/websites/marketing, we’d love to speak to you about this temporary opportunity. This is ideal as a second job, or for those who want to be at home for childcare during the day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating physical and digital marketing for events.
- Managing communications regarding logistics of events.
- Booking required items and elements of events.
- Supporting with internal/external communication, such as promotion material.
- Assisting with events management, vendor contracts, and project management for marketing.
- Providing general communications and marketing support.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in business administration, event management, marketing specialization, or related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in administration and events.
- Proven project management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Must be set up to work from home.
- Must be available to log in remotely as needed during regular office hours.
