WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong relationships with leaders to understand business goals and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives to support new programs and drive performance improvements.
- Foster a culture of coaching, accountability, and high performance across client groups.
- Support HR processes including talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, and disability management.
- Develop strategies to improve retention of term employees and enhance their experience during their assignment.
- Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution to ensure fair and consistent practices.
- Use data and analytics to inform workforce planning, succession, and compensation decisions.
- Collaborate across HR and business units to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Co-create and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and emerging trends.
- Champion engagement programs that strengthen connection, recognition, and inclusion.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
You'll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don't worry – we'll help you through this For more details, check out: RAIC Program and Application Information5+ years of progressive HR experience in advisory or strategic roles; experience in a unionized environment and/or project-based environment is preferred but not required.Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives and implementing change management programs.Proven ability to use workforce analytics and HR systems to support decision-making.WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE AN ASSET
