What Are Some Of The Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with leaders to understand business goals and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives to support new programs and drive performance improvements.
- Foster a culture of coaching, accountability, and high performance across client groups.
- Support HR processes including talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, and disability management.
- Develop strategies to improve retention of term employees and enhance their experience during their assignment.
- Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution to ensure fair and consistent practices.
- Use data and analytics to inform workforce planning, succession, and compensation decisions.
- Collaborate across HR and business units to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Co-create and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and emerging trends.
- Champion engagement programs that strengthen connection, recognition, and inclusion.
What Do You Need To Bring
- You'll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don't worry – we'll help you through this For more details, check out: RAIC Program and Application Information
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in advisory or strategic roles; experience in a unionized environment and/or project-based environment is preferred but not required.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives and implementing change management programs.
- Proven ability to use workforce analytics and HR systems to support decision-making.
