We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator
The Junior Human Resources Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the HR department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HR systems administration, payroll, and benefits coordination. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources, with opportunities to gain broad experience across various HR functions. Familiarity with U.S. employment regulations and HRIS systems is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with candidate screening, reference checks, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation in coordination with hiring managers.
- Enroll new hires in HR systems, benefits, and RRSP programs.
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Help compile and maintain HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support various HR initiatives and projects, such as engagement programs, policy updates, and compliance reviews.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and familiarity with U.S. employment and payroll regulations considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with data and reports.
