My client is a Calgary based Health Services Firm in the Dental field, and they are seeking a Recruiter to lead high-volume clinical
and non-clinical recruitment
across multiple provinces. They are a 3
rd
party provider to some of the largest and most high profile Dental clinics and offices in Canada.  This position will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of Dental professionals, including Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, Associate Dentists, Specialists (e.g., Orthodontists, Periodontists), Front Office Staff (Concierge, Dental Administrators, Clinic Managers), and select corporate roles. In addition to recruitment, this role will support corporate talent initiatives, building partnerships with post-secondary institutions, and help build and design recruitment strategies to add to a talent pipelines to meet current and future needs. My client wants a passionate Recruiter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across Canada.
  • Partner with Regional Directors, Clinic Managers, and the HR team to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including Dayforce Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and professional networks, to attract top-tier talent.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in Dayforce Recruiting, ensuring all requisitions, postings, and candidate pipelines are up to date.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Strategic Talent Development
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (CHRP or RPR designation an asset).
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, (ideally) 2+ years in healthcare or dental recruitment.
