Aspen Creek Designer Homes is seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead and align our construction and pre-construction operations. This role is responsible for ensuring homes are delivered on time, on budget, and to Aspen Creek standards by driving accountability, coordination, and strong operational systems.

This is an office-based leadership role overseeing multiple departments — not a site-level position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Aspen Creek's construction and pre-construction operations
  • Directly manage:
  • Construction Manager
  • Construction Administrator
  • Architectural Technologist
  • Design Team
  • Estimator
  • Ensure smooth coordination from design and estimating through construction
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, cost controls, and margin protection
  • Establish and enforce operational processes and standards
  • Identify risks early and resolve issues proactively
  • Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Leadership to align delivery and expectations

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of residential construction experience (custom or semi-custom preferred)
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Organized, decisive leader with strong communication skills
  • Experience in a growing or entrepreneurial company is an asset
