We are a fast-growing, founder-led brand working across e-commerce, wholesale, and community-driven partnerships. As we scale, we're looking for an Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the business so we can grow more efficiently and with a fresh set of skills

About the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operational functions of the business and ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time. This role acts as the central point of contact for customers, wholesale accounts, logistics partners, and internal coordination.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, proactive, and excited to grow with a purpose-driven brand.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education (completed or near completion)
  • Experience in leadership, management, or operations roles (professional, academic, or extracurricular)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with e-commerce, wholesale, or CPG brands is an asset
